Amber Benson bio

Amber Benson, an American musician, producer and singer is also a writer. She is known best for her character on the TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer as Tara Maclay. She also produced, directed and appeared in her own films Chance and Lovers Liars & Lunatics. Also, she was in the film Kiss the Bride. Benson was the youngest of children from Edward Benson and Diane Benson. Benson was born in Birmingham, Alabama on 8 January 1977. Danielle is her older sister and an artist. Benson was born to a father who is Jewish while her mother is Southern Baptist was raised in an Alabama Reform synagogue. Benson has appeared in numerous movies and TV shows in the years since Buffy was over, most notably The Killing Jar. Benson also utilised her talents in writing for The Ghosts of Albion Series and was the director of Drones in the year 2010.
